Helping you maximize your income, impact, and freedom is what I do. But helping you think differently, and discover what's possible is who I am. I help people become leaders & entrepreneurs in the healthcare space.

I am a serial entrepreneur, health care provider, speaker, and author.  At 17, I fell off a mountain breaking both arms and legs. My exposure to the medical field led me to medical school. I was suspended from medical school pending a FBI investigation for suspected terrorism. Later, I became a healthcare provider/grew my first outpatient location into passively owning multiple companies over 15 years. After exiting, I consulted with medical/ non medical companies that gross up  to 20 million. Today, I teach others the lessons I learned from decades of practice and hundreds of interviews, hires, and fires. My greatest joy is my wife of 20 years and four sons.  

My expertise is in leadership & team development, strategic planning, and medical billing.
